Sorry, but all the .wav files for this album were lost in a computer crash after the album was produced so Codeine Dreams is the only song you can listen to without the CD.
This is by far the most accomplished offering of the WINTER. Triology and steps into a braver, doomier, more conceptual territory than the random and often silly features of the previous two.
Alex Davern plays drums on this album, as our first WINTERn (we thought it was funny). He must have really needed to hit some drums because he engages beast mode in this album. Alex also packaged the album for us, by hand, as is tradition, the cover photo is his work too and I think it's one of the best things ever.
We ate a lot of bacon over this week and maybe that's why the riffs are so heavy, The Winter Forest is probably my favourite piece which goes for a mere 20 minutes - it brings something new to this project and I think it rounds out the trilogy nicely.
